Welcome to eatjoon.com ("eatjoon," or "the Site"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Site and the purchase of any products, including but not limited to Chef Najmieh's cookbooks and related items. By accessing or using the Site, or by placing an order, the customer agrees to be bound by these Terms. Continued use of the Site constitutes agreement; anyone who does not agree should not use the Site.

2. Eligibility

Use of this Site requires being at least 18 years old, or using the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Products and Availability

Product information, including descriptions and images, is displayed as accurately as possible; however, eatjoon does not warrant that product descriptions or other content is error-free.
All products are subject to availability. eatjoon reserves the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse any order at its discretion.
Prices for products are subject to change without notice.

4. Orders and Payment

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the item(s) selected, subject to these Terms.
eatjoon reserves the right to accept, decline, or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Payment must be received in full before an order is processed and shipped. Only the payment methods indicated at checkout are accepted.
Accurate billing and shipping information must be provided at the time of order.

5. Shipping

Shipping timelines and costs are provided at checkout and may vary based on location and order size.
eatjoon is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other circumstances beyond its control.
Risk of loss and title for items purchased passes to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

Our return policy is as follows:

Unopened, unmarked books may be returned within 7 days of purchase for a refund or exchange, provided they are in original, resalable condition.
Opened or written-in books are not eligible for return or refund. Once a book has been opened, marked, or written upon, we are unable to accept it back.
Custom or personalized signed books are final sale. Because these items are signed and/or customized specifically for the customer, they cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances.

To initiate a return for an eligible item, contact info@eatjoon.com with the order number and reason for return within 7 days of purchase.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and recipes, is the property of eatjoon.com, Chef Najmieh, or the respective licensors, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Reproducing, distributing, modifying, or creating derivative works from any content on this Site without prior written consent from eatjoon is prohibited.

8. User Conduct

Use of the Site must not involve:

Using the Site for any unlawful purpose
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems
Interfering with the proper functioning of the Site
Submitting false or misleading information when placing an order
